Connections

Precision connection components for reliable gas piping, tubing and equipment integration. PES supplies tube fittings, adaptors, unions, pigtails and flexible hoses for connecting gas sources, pipelines, control systems and point-of-use equipment. Selection depends on gas service, pressure, tubing, equipment, connection type and installation requirements.

System Interface

The Connection Is Part of the System

Connection components are not simply accessories. They form the working interface between gas cylinders, manifolds, regulators, gas panels, pipelines, instruments, equipment and point-of-use assemblies.

Appropriate selection helps align the connection with the gas service and the wider system configuration. PES supports the process from component identification through installation, with each configuration treated as application-dependent.

Pipeline / Panel / Equipment
01

Gas sources to manifolds

Pigtails and hoses at the cylinder or bank.

02

Regulators to pipelines

Tube, pipe and adaptor interfaces.

03

Panels to point of use

Organised outlets and flexible connections.

04

Equipment interfaces

Machine and instrument connections.

Not every installation uses every component. The connection path is configured around the application.

Connection Components

Six Interfaces, One Engineered Approach

From industrial gas connections to gas pipeline fittings, PES helps configure components around the gas, pressure, tubing and equipment interface.

01 / SS tube & fittings

SS Tube & Fittings

Stainless-steel tubing and fitting solutions for gas distribution, instrumentation and equipment connections where appropriate material compatibility and controlled installation are required. Typical use: stainless-steel tubing, instrumentation and panel connections, point-of-use connections.

02 / Brass fittings

Brass Fittings

Brass connection components for suitable gas applications, selected according to gas service, pressure and connection requirements. Typical use: threaded connections, equipment interfaces, application-specific selection.

03 / Adaptors

Adaptors

Adaptors used to transition between different connection types, thread configurations or component interfaces within a gas system. Typical use: connection transitions, equipment and panel interfaces, configuration-dependent.

04 / Unions

Unions

Union fittings that allow suitable sections of tubing or piping to be connected and, where appropriate, separated for installation or maintenance. Typical use: removable connections, maintenance access, panel and equipment integration.

05 / Copper pigtails

Copper Pigtails

Flexible or semi-flexible copper connection assemblies used for suitable gas-cylinder and manifold applications. Typical use: cylinder connections, manifold connections, gas-source interface.

06 / Flexible hoses

Flexible Hoses

Flexible hose assemblies designed for suitable gas-transfer applications where movement, vibration or equipment connection requires flexibility. Typical use: equipment connections, vibration accommodation, application-specific assembly.

Selection Framework

Selected for the Gas and the Application

Connection selection forms part of the complete gas-system design. Each interface should be reviewed against the surrounding components and installation conditions.

01

Gas Compatibility

Materials and construction should be suitable for the gas service.

02

Pressure Requirements

Components should be selected according to system pressure requirements.

03

Connection Type

Threads, tubing and equipment interfaces must be compatible.

04

Installation & Integration

Routing, access, vibration, maintenance and surrounding regulators, valves, panels and pipelines all influence selection.

Complete System Integration

Every Connection Has a Role

PES supplies connection components that integrate with the broader gas-system architecture, helping connect individual components into a complete installation. From standard tube fittings and adaptors to pigtails and flexible hose assemblies, PES can help configure connection components around the gas, equipment and installation requirements.
